Spy On Other Peoples Auctions To Find Winners.

Expanding on the Keyword ideas above, if you are doing searches to see what others are selling, click on some of the auctions, scroll down the auction to near the bottom, some of them will show how many viewers have seen the auction. This is great information because it will tell you

how popular the item is and how well their title keywords are working.

If they have a decent amount of views and bids then checkout their other auctions to see what kind of products they focus on selling, their success rate and how it can help you sell more, find new products and get more auction views.

Put Your Keywords in The Auction Title.

This should be a no brainer by now, but I still see people do it.

75% of people who buy on eBay rely on the search feature to find what they are looking for. The basic search feature which would be what is used when you simply enter something on eBay's homepage or listing page searches all the Auctions Titles for the keywords you enter, this means

you need to put keywords that a customer shopping for the item you're selling is entering.

One way to do this would be to simply do a search for the item and see what others are entering in their title and see how well they rank in the results.

This will give you a general idea of what kind of keywords to use. There's another trick called Keyword.eBay.com and it will tell you popular

searches people use, you can use this to narrow down your keyword selection and make sure you're using keywords that get a lot of searches.
